Who I am?

Work History

Serve as day-to-day contact for health system client website projects and strategy. Provide strategic direction to clients based on best practices, analytics, and heatmapping. Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify, document, and communicate client requirements. Provide UAT, QA and associated Kanban board management for web projects prior to launch. Develop IAs, UI and UX based on site analytics and organization goals. Develop content and associated SEO.
